Sustainable AI data centers powering tomorrow.

Net Security Data Center
Location: Marietta, Georgia
Facility Type: Tier III+ commercial colocation and enterprise hosting data center
Operational Status: Active – Full operational control (ongoing)
Total Footprint: Multi-story downtown facility with raised-floor white space, dedicated mechanical yards, and secure loading docks
Our Role and Responsibilities We held complete day-to-day operational authority as the lead facility operator. This encompasses full P&L oversight, 24/7 command-center management, and direct supervision of a cross-functional team of engineers, technicians, and security personnel. We were the primary point of escalation for all critical incidents, SLA compliance, and customer-impacting events.
Key duties include:
• Strategic capacity planning and whitespace expansion to support growing tenant demand
• Management of all critical infrastructure systems (UPS, generators, chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, fire suppression, and BMS/EPMS platforms)
• Implementation and enforcement of ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS security and compliance frameworks
• Vendor contract negotiation and performance management for power, cooling, and network providers
• Quarterly business reviews with executive leadership and major tenants
Key Achievements • Delivered 99.999% uptime for 36 consecutive months through proactive predictive-maintenance programs and redundant system hardening • Led a major power-density upgrade that increased rack-level capacity by 40% without service interruption • Designed and deployed an automated DCIM platform that reduced mean-time-to-resolution for incidents by 65% • Successfully navigated multiple third-party audits with zero major findings, resulting in expanded customer contracts

Washakie AI Data Center
Location: West Jordan, Utah
Facility Type: Purpose-built artificial intelligence and high-performance computing (HPC) data center
Operational Status: Historical (full build-out and multi-year operational leadership)
Scope: High-density GPU/liquid-cooled environment optimized for large-scale AI model training and inference
Our Role and Responsibilities We led the project from greenfield site selection through construction, equipment installation, and full operational handover. Once live, we maintained complete operational command for more than three years, managing a dedicated team and all infrastructure supporting extreme-density AI workloads. Responsibilities included power and cooling system design validation, 24/7 site leadership, and continuous performance optimization for maximum compute availability.
Key duties:
• Oversaw procurement and integration of high-voltage electrical infrastructure, liquid-cooling distribution, and direct-to-chip cooling loops
• Designed and implemented AI-specific monitoring and orchestration layers for real-time thermal and power telemetry
• Managed relationships with utility providers to secure dedicated substation capacity and backup generation
• Established rigorous change-management and capacity-planning processes to support rapid GPU cluster expansions
Key Achievements • Built and stabilized the facility to support sustained 100% utilization of multi-megawatt AI clusters with zero unplanned downtime • Optimized cooling systems to achieve a facility-wide PUE of 1.18 under full load • Scaled compute capacity 300% within 18 months while maintaining all SLAs and security certifications • Developed proprietary AI-workload balancing scripts that improved overall cluster efficiency by 22%
Lockheed Martin EX3 Data Center
Location: Bethesda, Maryland
Facility Type: Secure defense and classified computing facility
Operational Status: Historical (design, build, and commissioning phase completed)
Scope: Multi-megawatt hardened facility supporting mission-critical national-security workloads
Our Role and Responsibilities We were directly embedded with the Lockheed Martin engineering and construction team from initial design through final commissioning. Our responsibilities included translating stringent DoD and IC security requirements into practical infrastructure specifications, overseeing contractor execution, and validating operational readiness prior to hand-over. We served as the primary operational subject-matter experts on site, ensuring the facility met both performance and compliance standards from day one.
Key contributions:
• Co-authored mechanical and electrical design criteria to achieve concurrent maintainability while meeting TEMPEST and SCIF-level physical security
• Managed integration of specialized redundant power systems, including rotary UPS and diesel generator arrays compliant with FERC and NERC regulations
• Led on-site testing and validation of all cooling, fire suppression, and access-control systems
• Conducted operator training and developed detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency response plans
Key Achievements • Completed commissioning two months ahead of schedule while maintaining zero safety incidents • Delivered a facility that passed all required DoD inspections on first submission • Implemented energy-efficiency measures that reduced annual operating costs by approximately 18% compared to original projections
Pine Ridge Data Center
Location: California (State Government-operated facility)
Facility Type: Enterprise government data center supporting statewide IT services
Operational Status: Historical (full equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning)
Scope: Multi-rack deployment for California state agencies with strict regulatory and disaster-recovery requirements
Our Role and Responsibilities We were contracted to deliver a complete turn-key equipment and infrastructure solution for the California state government. This included end-to-end procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and operational readiness certification. We acted as the single point of accountability for technical delivery, ensuring alignment with state procurement rules, cybersecurity mandates, and continuity-of-government standards.
Key contributions:
• Specified, procured, and staged over 400 racks, networking gear, storage arrays, and associated power/cooling infrastructure
• Designed and deployed redundant A/B power distribution, N+1 cooling, and integrated monitoring systems compliant with CJIS and state data-privacy regulations
• Coordinated with multiple state agencies to validate application migration readiness and disaster-recovery failover procedures
• Delivered comprehensive operator training and documentation packages for long-term sustainment
Key Achievements • Completed full equipment deployment and commissioning four weeks ahead of the contractual deadline • Achieved 100% compliance with all state and federal audit requirements on first review • Implemented energy-management controls that reduced monthly utility spend by more than 15% versus legacy systems • Created a standardized rack-deployment playbook that has since been adopted for subsequent state facilities
