Neil L. Rideout is a Canadian author, technologist, and entrepreneur hailing from New Waterford, Nova Scotia, with deep roots in Newtown, Bonavista Bay, Newfoundland. A graduate in Computer Science, he mastered 12 programming languages across seven platforms early in his career, holding two U.S. patents in multicast videoconferencing. His professional journey includes software research and development at Serca Technologies, Inc., contracting for the U.S. Department of Defense, and leadership roles such as Chairman and CEO of Celestial Nova Development and President of CBRN Solafact, Inc., where he focuses on stakeholder relationships, customer feedback, and innovative solutions.
