John Hill has been in the energy development and management business for the past 10 years. Through Green Life Enterprises, Mr. Hill has consulted and sold energy savings processes and equipment to Utilities, Telcos, and large corporations.

With the tremendous growth of data center development, Green Life has added the capability through its acquisition of personnel and relationships to acquire, develop, and manage data centers.

Prior to Green Life, Mr. Hill transacted international business for over 25 years including consulting governments in Central and South America on airport and seaport security.

Mr. Hill has been a serial entrepreneur which includes leveraging his government contacts to sell IBM VAR computer components and systems to Middle Eastern countries, opening new markets for corporations in Central and South America, Asia, and Europe, real estate development, and starting and investing in numerous startups.

Ashton Hill is an entrepreneur focused on venture development, technology-enabled infrastructure, and scalable business systems. Her work centers on building companies that integrate operational strategy with emerging technologies.

Ashton has led multiple ventures across healthcare, sanitation, and energy-related industries. She is one of the founders of Dental 1 Labs, a mobile dental laboratory platform designed to modernize laboratory logistics and clinical support, and PureClean, a hypochlorous acid tablet systems for high-efficiency sanitation and industrial applications.

Her experience spans systems design and cross-industry commercialization, with a focus on translating technical innovation into viable business infrastructure. Her work emphasizes scalable operations, strategic partnerships, and technology deployment in complex, regulated markets.

Where Our Journey Began

Neil L. Rideout is a Canadian author, technologist, and entrepreneur from New Waterford, Nova Scotia, with deep family roots in Newtown, Bonavista Bay, Newfoundland.

A graduate in Computer Science, Rideout mastered twelve programming languages across seven computing platforms early in his career and holds two U.S. patents in multicast videoconferencing technology. His work has focused on advancing communications systems and scalable digital infrastructure.

His professional career includes software research and development at Serca Technologies, Inc., where he contributed to projects supporting the U.S. Department of Defense. He later went on to found and lead several technology ventures, serving as Chairman and CEO of Celestial Nova Development and as President of CBRN Solafact, Inc. In these roles, he focuses on building strong stakeholder relationships, incorporating customer insight, and developing innovative technology solutions.
